Accessible Plugins for the Blind or Visually Impaired

At ReaperAccessible, we highlight developers who make their products accessible to blind musicians. The effect plugins and virtual instruments listed below are designed to be fully usable with assistive technologies, and we also offer our own accessible developments such as DrumAccess.

Examples of Accessible Plugins

Here are some developers and products recommended for their accessibility:

Audio Modeling: Offers completely accessible virtual instruments.

Ample Sound: Their products are all accessible and offer a wide range of instruments.

Vienna Symphonic Library: Provides accessible instrument libraries.

Native Instruments: Their instrument and effect libraries are accessible via NKS files.

Freelance SoundLabs: Sells NKS files for instrument and effect libraries that are not natively NKS compatible.
