DrumAccess (Drum Libraries)

Welcome to the DrumAccess libraries page

We are very happy to present our drum libraries, usable by everyone, but specially designed for the blind.

Since 2023, ReaperAccessible has been committed to creating drum libraries specifically for blind musicians using Reaper. We've integrated tools like the Behringer X-Touch Universal control surface and CSI, as well as OSARA settings, to ensure an accessible and immersive musical experience for everyone.

We're announcing the release of a series of drum libraries, which we hope will meet all your needs.

Control Surface Integrator (CSI) is an extension for Reaper developed by GeoffAWaddington, available at GitHub. ReaperAccessible has created an accessible version of CSI for blind musical producers, allowing for advanced integration of control surfaces with Reaper.

What is Control Surface Integrator (CSI)?

CSI is an extension for Reaper that allows you to integrate your control surface, such as the Behringer X-Touch Universal, with a much higher level of control than is possible by default. This extension offers advanced customization, allowing you to control effect plugins and virtual instruments directly from the control surface.

Accessibility for Blind Musicians

The accessible version of CSI developed by ReaperAccessible allows blind musicians to use their control surface efficiently and intuitively. With this release, users can:

  • Configure their control surface to access Reaper's main functions.
  • Control effect plugins and virtual instruments with greater precision.
  • Customize their configuration to meet their specific needs.

Tutorials and Resources

To help users get the most out of CSI, a series of tutorials is available in the CSI folder on the ReaperAccessible website. These tutorials cover the installation, configuration, and use of CSI with the Behringer X-Touch Universal control surface.

Download the CSI folder here.

With the improved accessibility of CSI, blind musicians can fully exploit the capabilities of their control surface and Reaper, opening up new creative and technical possibilities.
